When ringing up a firearm, system prompts you for a serial number that you have in stock. Using a barcode scanner and barcode tags that are printed from the PRM Gun Store will select the proper firearm every time.

Default sell price can be over ridden at the point of sale. If you have a promotion then that price will be displayed.

When selling a gun, you can attach other items that the customer may want to buy such a ammo or cleaning kits.

Inventory List screens provide long item descriptions, availability, pricing and partial description searches.

Customer History of purchases can assist you with buyer questions of product they have purchased. History can be imported from your old system or spreadsheets as well as Inventory, Customers and Vendors.

PO's are easy to create and receive. Serial numbers are put in at time they are received in the store.

Service work time and materials are tracked for each job and customer. Start and end time while you have the firearm in your possession.
